Delivery Information

Once a customer places an order with KartRoom an e-mail and SMS will be sent to the customer for placing an order, customer has the provision to cancel that order within 1 hour of placing the order( see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more information). After 1 hour the customer will be contacted telephonically about the confirmation of the order. Upon confirmation of the order it is further processed for delivery and a confirmation e-mail and SMS is also sent to the customer.

  1.  For available delivery options carefully browse the products. Use pincode to check the availability of the product at your location. KartRoom reserves the right to cancel any order based on your address details even if the product is available at a particular pincode. In that case the customer is notified by e-mail or by SMS or by contacting telephonically.
  2.  Customers are requested to provide accurate address details. In case of wrong address there will be no refund of money and if the customer asks for reshipping all the expenses will have to be borne by the customer.
  3.  We will take orders everyday 24x7 but will not provide delivery on Sundays or any Public holiday till any changes are done into this policy.
  4.  For orders on Cash on delivery mode, please be ready with the complete cash.
  5.  Make sure someone is available at your address after confirming the order.  If you were not available to accept the delivery, our delivery executive will contact you and ask for the alternate delivery instructions. If he is unable to contact you, he will leave a note at your door with our customer care number to reschedule your delivery. In case of reshipping all the expenses will have to be borne by the customer.
