Refund and Cancellation

Our Refund and Cancellation policies are subject to change. So customers are requested to read this page before making any purchase.

  1.  If the order is processed and dispatched for delivery there will be no refund and cancellation and the customer is obliged to pay the full amount for the order.
  2.  Customers can however cancel their order till the order is not shipped or processed. Customer can cancel the placed order by giving the full details of the order by emailing us at support@kartroom.com or by calling our customer support executive on normal working days between 9:00 A.M to 5 P.M.
  3.  If there are genuine manufacturing defects or wrong product/products received you have to contact us immediately within 24 hrs with full order details by emailing us at support@kartroom.com or by calling our customer support executive on normal working days between 9:00 A.M. to 5 P.M.
  4.  In case of wrong address given by the customer there will be no refund of the payment and if the customer asks for reshipping all the expenses will have to be borne by the customer.
